Well even if you are trying to make non-spammy comments, seems you can’t. There is some known (but apparently non-repairable) wordpress issue that is causing the spam catcher to define everything as spam. Only I don’t get to see them.
At all.
Apparently even my own comments could be spam.
Go figure.

I heard some puzzlement over this. I think it must have been a temporary system glitch. One could check the forum.

Yes, WordPress was definitely aware of it, they seem to have it under control now!
